They were courteouse. They provided the best price in town. They had to order the thermostat to our dryer, said it would take 7-8 days to receive it, they had it in 6 days and came and fixed our dryer immediately the same day.. I had a good experience with Fast Fix Appliance Repair. I called and someone answered immediately and was very willing to come out to fix my dryer asap. I called another service twice and never heard from them so was glad I found someone so willing to help. The technician, Yuri (I think that's his name) was super nice and friendly. He fixed my dryer and cleaned everything up nicely. I would call them again if needed.

Yury is the real deal, i experienced an issue with my whirlpool washing machine not spinning or draining, he carefully emptied the bottom of the washer into my buckets and towels. Then he inspected the drain pump and motor coupling, said they were in good condition. I brought up a youtube video i found regarding a capacitor and it turns out that was the culprit as the wiring was corroded, he was able to fix it with his tools. I then ran the washing machine with my clothes inside and it is working now. The repair took roughly an hour. Yury is very knowledgeable when it comes to repairs, i would recommend him for your service needs. If i need his help again with a washer or dryer, i'm giving him a call.
